Museum Manager Monday

Being a museum manager is a challenging and often isolating role. From navigating stakeholder relationships, to working with boards, to HR issues, many cultural managers lack peer networks of support. Museum Manager Monday will provide an online environment for professionals in leadership positions across the province to network, provide mutual support, and discuss solutions for the challenges we face. Fall schedule: September 20, 12:00 pm: Vaccine Passports and COVID Safety October (date and time TDB): Join colleagues from across the province for a very special, BCMA Conference-Edition of Museum Manager Monday (there will be a special registration for this event, more details to be shared soon). November 15, 12:00 pm: The BCMA and Arts BC are developing a new Governance 101 resource, let's discuss challenges and successes you've had with not-for-profit governance and you'll also get a sneak preview of this new resource. December 20, 12:00 pm: In the last Museum Manager Monday of the year let's reflect on the past year and share goals for 2022.
