Tea and Talk On The Road - Surrey

The BCMA IBPOC Museum Professionals Network is excited to bring back in-person Tea and Talk sessions in 2024! Our second stop will be in Surrey at the Surrey Nature Centre. As a special treat, advisors for the IBPOC Network will be organizing crafts for us to enjoy during the session! A walk through Green Timbers Urban Forest may also take place during the event (if folks are comfortable). IBPOC Network sessions are regarded as accountable spaces for all folks who identify as IBPOC museum, heritage, gallery, and cultural professionals/volunteers/students. Please come to this space ready to respect the diverse perspectives and experiences that are shared, and open to building peer support networks with each other.
