Tea and Talk On The Road - Vancouver

The BCMA IBPOC Museum Professionals Network is excited to bring back in-person Tea and Talk sessions in 2024! Our tenth stop will be in Vancouver at the Museum of Vancouver. IBPOC Network sessions are regarded as accountable spaces for all folks who identify as IBPOC museum, heritage, gallery, and cultural professionals/volunteers/students. Please come to this space ready to respect the diverse perspectives and experiences that are shared, and open to building peer support networks with each other. Date: Thursday Oct 24, 2024 Time: 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm Location: Museum of Vancouver, 1100 Chestnut Street, Vancouver, BC. Cost: Free (registration encouraged) Please note, this session is specifically for cultural professionals and volunteers who identify as Indigenous, Black, or a Person of Colour.
