A note on salary information: many job postings include the line “commensurate with experience” or are published without any information at all, rather than posting an hourly wage or a salary range. Along with the BC Alliance for Arts + Culture, the BCMA believes this practice is unfair and detrimental to both applicant and employer. The BCMA will not post jobs that do not include specifics about remuneration. Thank you for helping us address this important issue facing our sector!
