In this workshop, Sharn encourages participants to question if museums have learned from the calls to actions from Black Lives Matter resurgence movement in 2020, and where anti-racist change is still needed in museums today.

This workshop involved participation in breakout rooms (which has been edited out), as engaging with this work is everyone’s job (not just that of the presenter). The session ends with a discussion around some of the challenges staff in museums, heritage, and cultural organizations grapple with today in relation to anti-racism and ongoing calls to action and accountability.
