Tell Us Where To Go This Year!

Tea and Talk “On The Road” is back in 2025! And we need your help planning our Road Map.

Throughout the year, the BCMA’s IBPOC Network hosts informal networking sessions for racialized professionals to connect, share advice, and build community support.

As we spend the next few months planning locations for our in-person sessions, we’d love to hear from you.

If you have a town/city/region in BC that you would like us to travel to, please let us know!

We are also looking for spaces to host us for free. If you’re interested in hosting, email us with your name, organization, and when you’d like us to come.

Please send your emails to Network Coordinators Jazmin Hundal (communications@museum.bc.ca) and Madison Bridal (outreach@museum.bc.ca).

Last year, Tea and Talk was hosted by a variety of museums, nature centres, art galleries, and cultural centres. We are so grateful to those hosts, and to everyone who showed up to support us. Because of you, we can’t wait to continue the journey this year.

Please send all submissions in by Monday, February 10.

If you’re outside of BC but would still like Tea and Talk to come to you, get in touch! We may be able to travel out of province this year.

Please note: if you’re curious about last year’s road map, you can head to our Tea and Talk homepage, where the past locations are still listed.
