Getting Started

So you want to create an exhibition.

An exhibition is an excellent opportunity to invite the public to engage with your research in new ways, to showcase tangible or intangible items you are researching, and to create a story about your research.

How to use this toolkit.

Navigation

Each page has a hyperlinked "Table of Contents." The pages are also accessible through the navigation menu in the website header. Feel free to explore these in any order you wish! This site is also responsive and thus mobile-friendly, so you can access it through your tablet or smartphone.

Collapsible Text

Most lists are collapsed by default to allow for a better reading experience. To expand any list simply click the "v" next to a title. This should expand the full list. To collapse the list, click the "^".

Embedded Media

Some pages have embedded media. You may watch the embedded videos directly on the page by clicking the "play" icon or expand them to full screen by hovering over the video and clicking the square in the lower right corner. You may watch the video in a new window entirely by hovering over the video and clicking the three vertical dots in the upper right corner. You may interact directly with embedded PDFs and other print items directly in the website interface or expand them to full screen or separate windows by hovering and clicking the square icon.
